At the end of February, we made the difficult decision to delay opening our business out of caution for the developing pandemic crisis. 2 weeks later, as the pandemic grew in scale, Ontario mandated all non-essential business shut, and our business remained closed until now.

With the lifting of restrictions, we at last are able to open our doors and invite you in to experience our games, and we have made some changes to ensure the safest environment for you.

In addition, we have put our original room on hold, as the many small pieces involved in the puzzles, as well as the cloth and fabrics used in the room, would prove more difficult to properly sanitize quickly. We have designed and built a new room, with an eye on ensuring that it can be appropriately cleaned for everyone’s safety. We will be revisiting the design of the first room in the future.

• All games will require pre-booking and to be paid in advance, no walk-ins will be accepted.
• Face masks are required by all players while inside. This is also a requirement by regional bylaw, so no exceptions.
• There will be a minimum one hour gap between each booking, to prevent groups from coming into contact with one another.
• During the downtime between each game, we will clean and sanitize the room and all puzzles to prevent the possibility of infection spreading between groups.
